Opportunity Snapshot :

EWINGS is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Deployment Consultant with specific expertise as an end-user of Icertis , particularly within a healthcare provider network contracting or negotiation role . This position will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment and maintenance of Icertis from a business-centric perspective, offering practical guidance to end-user contract negotiators. Ideal candidates will possess strong user experience in Icertis, balanced with CLM deployment experience, to effectively support contract negotiation teams and deliver user training to senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a primary point of contact for the CLM Deployment Team, delivering Icertis support tailored to provider network contracting.
• Conduct user training sessions, including for senior leadership, to ensure a smooth deployment and ongoing effective use of Icertis.
• Develop and maintain standardized contract administration standard operating procedures and presentations supporting the contract lifecycle management governance model.
• Support the contract inventory management, document management, and storage of all contract documents.
• Support the quality of contract data within the contract management system.
• Assist in analyzing the data generated by Icertis to inform further development of efficient policies and processes.
• Participate in product testing and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate across teams to identify, organize, and facilitate process improvements in both straightforward and ambiguous business settings.
• Support the project's pace by proactively identifying needs and seeking solutions rather than awaiting direction.
• Adapt communication and executive presence to various stakeholders within the organization, including C-suite executives.
• Contributes to building a positive team spirit; shares expertise with others.
