We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for new and existing patients
• Develop customized treatment plans for medical weight loss and HRT
• Interpret lab results and educate patients on findings and treatment options
• Maintain timely, clear, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
• Deliver phone, email, and in-person follow-up appointments as scheduled
• Use EMR to chart efficiently and communicate with the team
• Uphold company values and demonstrate high standards of punctuality and professionalism
