Respiratory Therapist — Join Our Care Team We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across acute, step-down, and critical care settings. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize pulmonary function, reduce complications, and elevate the patient experience. What You’ll Do and What You Bring You will assess, plan, and deliver respiratory interventions; manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation; administer aerosol and airway-clearance therapies; perform and interpret ABGs and bedside diagnostics; educate patients and families; and contribute to protocols and performance improvement initiatives. Requirements include an active state license and NBRC credentials (RRT preferred, CRT considered), BLS required (ACLS / PALS / NRP preferred), strong critical-thinking and communication skills, EMR proficiency, and a commitment to safety, infection prevention, and patient-centered care. New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply; prior acute / ICU experience is a plus.
