About the role :
We are seeking a Customer Support Technician (Burner / Boiler / HVAC) to lead our customer support efforts and ensure the highest level of technical assistance. This customer-facing role is essential to maintaining Fireye’s reputation for excellence by providing timely, knowledgeable, and solution-focused support for our burner and boiler control systems.
