As an Entry Level Representative, you will specialize in the preliminary phase of the customer lifecycle for a designated connectivity initiative. The Entry Level Representative will provide guided introductions to service features, oversee the initial documentation collection process, and maintain detailed engagement records that inform strategic program management.

Core Functions of the Entry Level Representative

Promote wireless plans and devices by explaining service tiers, eligibility, and digital enrollment options.

Coordinate onboarding workflows, including verification, documentation, and activation scheduling.

Maintain CRM records of customer preferences, milestones, and account activity for retention and compliance.

Monitor account performance by tracking provisioning, campaign metrics, and satisfaction signals.

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot service issues and deliver timely wireless solutions.

Participate in training programs to build customer service, enrollment, and operational skills.
