Automotive Title Clerk Dallas Direct Auto

Pay : $22$28 per hour (based on experience)

Benefits : 3 weeks of paid time off after 1 year

Dallas Direct Auto is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. This position is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of all vehicle titles and registration paperwork.

Responsibilities :

Process vehicle titles registrations and related documents

Verify accuracy of all paperwork and ensure compliance with state regulations

Communicate with customers lenders and DMV offices as needed

Maintain organized records and digital files

Support the sales and finance departments with documentation needs

Handle any title discrepancies or issues promptly

Qualifications :

Previous dealership title clerk experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with dealership software is a plus
