About the Position

In this role, you will own all aspects of the identity business, including a clear product line growth strategy and driving field success within WatchGuard sales and the partner community. You will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Product Management as well as other senior leadership in the company, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. You will be responsible for using the product line P&L to lead all aspects of the identity business and will report to upper management on a bi-weekly basis on alignment with company OKRs and financial metrics.

• A clear communicator, both verbal and written, with strong market knowledge and strong cross-functional teamwork skills to bring to the table.
• You are a strong motivational leader with ambitious goals.
• You have strong experience in security with specialized identity knowledge and channel go-to-market, including MSP and MSSP.

Compensation

The base salary range is $180,000-$210,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 20% of the base salary. Your base salary compensation will be based on your individual skills, education, and experience. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for this role; hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
