You'll lead company-wide efficiency at Sword Health - ensuring every dollar, hire, and process becomes an impact multiplier as we continue to scale globally. The Finance Team at Sword plays a pivotal role in scaling the company and driving sustainable growth. We partner across the organization to lead financial planning, analysis, and operations - ensuring smart resource allocation, rigorous compliance, and strategic insights that enable informed decisions and long-term impact.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Oversee all company spend, from direct (hardware, supply chain) to indirect (software, vendors, marketing, professional services) to staff costs.
• Partner with FP&A and all budget owners to connect hiring, vendor, and automation decisions to measurable ROI.
• Build systems / dashboards that create transparency and accountability across every spend category.
• Identify and lead automation or process redesign initiatives that increase output and speed across the company.
• Manage and grow a small, high-impact team (including 2 Procurement Leads and a Headcount / Workforce Analyst) to execute initiatives.
• Work directly with the CFO, CEO, and other leaders to design how Sword scales from here.
