We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to expand Startech Networks’ presence in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business development and secure new client logos within the IT and Telecom sectors.
- Clearly articulate and promote Startech Networks’ vision, value proposition, and service offerings .
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets .
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline , providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the recruiting and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
- Share market intelligence and client feedback with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Startech Networks at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in sales, staffing, IT services, or consulting (IT & Telecom focus preferred).Demonstrated success in closing new business and expanding enterprise accounts .Strong professional network across IT and Technology leadership circles .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.What We Offer :
