Position Summary :
The Accounting Manager oversees all accounting operations related to our portfolio of 30-40 properties, including office, retail, industrial, mixed use, and multi-family assets. The Accounting Manager ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and timely communication. The Accounting Manager will supervise accounting staff (2-4 direct reports), coordinate monthly closings, handle complex transactions (e.g., lease accounting, cost allocations), and support strategic financial initiatives for the property management division.

Physical Demands

Attendance / Travel
This position is a full time salaried position. This position requires the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. This position also requires regular attendance and active participation / planning at all company functions and events.
