Job duties :

Perform customized massages and spa enhancements to help clients.

Create exceptional experiences for members / guests.

Be dependable, have a positive attitude and be a good teammate.

Attend training sessions and be willing to continuously learn and grow your skills.

Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Qualifications and requirements :

Arizona massage license / certification.

Current professional liability insurance.

We are an upscale, member-based spa looking for both part-time and full-time massage therapists who are friendly, talented, and dependable and want to work in a professional and busy environment. Our clients come in to receive high-quality, professional massages for both relaxation or pain relief. We match clients to therapists based on client needs and have a no seniority policy. Hand & Stone was founded by a physical therapist and we take great care of our therapists! Pay based on commission for services, upgrades and tips. Our therapists earn an average of $40,000 to $75,000 per year, depending upon hours worked and services provided.
