Job Summary : The goal of the Clinical Pharmacist I is to promote the safe and effective use of medications by working collaboratively with prescribers and the multidisciplinary health care team. This position contributes to the goals of the department by providing safe medication therapy to our patients and identifying resolving and preventing drug-related problems in the pediatric setting. Along with other members of the health care team this role is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high standards of care provided by JHACH.

Minimum Requirements :
Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. or BSPharm
Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency OR 2 years hospital experience
SHIFT : Part-Time Limited (28 hours per week). Rotating Schedule; must be available to work every 4th weekend.
Salary Range : Minimum 58.82 / hour - Maximum 94.12 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
