Pay Range : $17.00 – $18.50 / hour

Northern Trust Corporation is seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team for a short-term assignment. This role is essential in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data systems. You’ll be responsible for validating transactions, auditing updates, and ensuring that all data entries are completed by authorized parties.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies; make necessary corrections
• Organize and manage electronic and paper records
• Generate reports, summaries, and data sets for management
• Format and produce documents and electronic files
• Respond to data inquiries from internal departments or clients
• Assist with special projects requiring data entry and validation
• Audit completed transactions and submit corrections for outstanding items

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50 / hr.
