The Title Services Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of the daily activities for the assigned Title Services Team. Responsible for leading, guiding and developing a team of approximately 5-20 Title Closers / Clerks / Inventory Specialists. Proactively identifies process improvements and uses critical thinking to propose and execute solutions. Communicates professionally at all levels and provides training assistance to team members. Responsible for reporting metrics on different processes to review productivity and make informed decisions. In addition, this position plays an integral part in selecting prospective employees, as well as the training and development of new and existing staff. Please note the role follows a hybrid schedule of Monday – Wednesday in office and Thursday – Friday remote.

How You'll Shine :

Employee Development & Coaching

  • Monitor and analyze individual agent performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Design personalized development plans using creative, constructive strategies to enhance performance.
  • Reinforce training by ensuring agents understand and apply concepts from formal learning sessions.
  • Observe agent interactions and deliver timely, constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
  • Act as a mentor, providing guidance and encouragement to team members.

Team Leadership & Engagement

  • Communicate effectively with the team and individuals to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to share updates, address concerns, and celebrate successes.
  • Promote a positive work environment that supports high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Performance & Quality Management

  • Monitor and enhance productivity, behavior, and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct comprehensive monthly and annual performance reviews.
  • Document performance discussions and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Resolve escalated service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Apply and uphold company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other Title Services teams to provide cross-functional support as needed.
  • Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
  • What You’ll Bring : Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Job Experience

  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and Skills

  • Self-driven with high energy and value-based leadership qualities.
  • Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead team members.
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to large groups.
