Serve as receptionist : Greet clients, answer calls, sort mail, prepare beverages / lunches. Support executives / PMs : Schedule management, meeting notes, PROCORE document filing, bid tracking, submittals, event planning. Assist marketing : CRM lists, social media, client gifts, SWAG management. High school diploma required; Associate's / Bachelor's in business / admin preferred. 2+ years in professional small office setting (construction, accounting, legal, banking). Strong interpersonal / customer service skills; professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks. Experience in HR, accounting support, and project admin preferred. Willingness to complete PROCORE certification and become Notary Public. Excellent organizational skills and adaptability.
