Era Living is seeking a full-time Nurse (LPN / RN) to become the newest member of our Community Health team located in our University House Wallingford Community, Seattle, WA.

Available shifts will be scheduled Friday - Monday, 9 : 00am and 5 : 30pm.

Primary Responsibilities :

The Community Health Nurse will contribute to the assessment of residents, implement health care services and collaborate with the Community Health Director to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents.
