Job Summary :

• This position will play a key role in managing customer enrollment and payment operations for Flexible Pricing Rate Pilot, as well as conducting additional reporting.
• This position is responsible for receiving and validating enrollment forms from account managers, submitting eligible customers to a third party supplier for enrollment, and confirming enrollment status back to stakeholders.
• The role also includes overseeing manual enrollment processes for Automation Service Providers, maintaining detailed metrics on enrollment activity (e.g., number of customers, MW enrolled, benefiters vs. non-benefiters), and tracking billing status.
• This role will also manage manual customer payments and facilitate payments to contractors and other third parties.
