How You'll Lead & Serve

Complete start-of-care assessments and craft personalized, compliance-ready Care Plans.

Revisit clients on-site to update goals and interventions as conditions change.

Orient new aides to each Care Plan; perform skills check-offs and annual competencies.

Audit field documentation, spot gaps, and provide real-time feedback that elevates care quality.

Collaborate with HR to interview, select, and mentor top-tier caregivers; champion a culture of recognition and growth.

Maintain HIPAA-secure records, track condition changes, and escalate concerns to physicians and leadership.

Build trusting relationships with clients, their support networks, and referral sources; represent our agency's mission wherever you go.

Compensation : $110.00 - $165.00 per hour
