Under the direction of the Manager, Learning Experience the Analyst Lead, Learning Systems is responsible for managing and promoting the proper functioning of the Learning Management System (LMS) on a global scale in support of Corporate Learning Initiatives and Business Plan.
What You Will Do :
- Recommend and keep the Manager, Learning Experience informed of all activities or emerging issues which could influence the performance of the LMS.
- Oversee and promote the proper functioning of the LMS on a global scale.
- Maintain system configuration and security roles, oversee interfaces and integration with other systems / products, create custom reports and test / deploy new functionality as directed.
- Maintain system certificate renewals with integrated providers and IMS.
- Implement and champion ongoing LMS strategy to achieve consistency of approach and global adoption.
- Analyze new release functionality regularly and recommend deployments to the Manager, Learning Experience that will aid the Learning Initiative.
- Document and implement defined standards and processes (governance) consistently to effectively / efficiently manage learning data globally.
- Routinely conduct detailed impact assessments, covering technology, governance, data, people and processes, to determine applicability and readiness for scheduled system releases and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems, acting as primary ABS representative with LMS provider for the issuance, tracking and resolution of all learning-related bugs and suggestions.
- Implement and leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools—Power BI for visualizing learner data, Power Apps for building custom learning-related applications, and Power Automate for streamlining LMS workflows—to enhance reporting, automate routine tasks, and deliver a more efficient and data-driven learning experience.
What You Will Need :
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems, Instructional Technology, or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience with LMS implementation and administration.years of previous experience with LMS , preferably in a global organizationMinimum of eight () years in project life cycle, project planning, general design, requirements definition and analysis, system testing, production support and training.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent planning, organizational and oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment individually and as part of a team.Ability to identify problems and recommend and / or provide solutions.In-depth knowledge and experience of a System Administrator with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) learning products. Proven knowledge of LMS APIs.Oracle Learning experience is desirable.
Prior major system experience of transitioning from one cloud application to anotherProven knowledge of MS Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Interpersonal skills sufficient to handle routine and non-routine business matters. Must be able to assume a high level of individual responsibility.Reporting Relationships :
The incumbent reports directly to the Manager, Learning Experience. This position does not have direct reports.
