What You'll Do :

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Marquette, you'll support licensed nursing staff by providing direct care to residents and ensuring their safety, dignity, and comfort. Your responsibilities will include :

• Answering call lights and responding to resident needs promptly
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, etc.)
• Supporting meal service and hydration
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care
• Reporting to and assisting the Charge Nurse as needed
