Experience supporting Windows operating systems, MS Office, VPN, local and network printing, notebooks, and mobile devices. Ability to install software and troubleshoot a wide range of applications. Flexible for travel to remote sites as required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs at waist level. BS / BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1–3 years of experience in service delivery, end-user hardware / software configuration, and troubleshooting.
Job Description :
Pay Range : $35hr - $40hr
- Provide customer-facing technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related software.
- Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution through the Incident Management System.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to provide end-user support and escalate issues as required.
- Provide IT support for onsite or offsite events, meetings, and disaster recovery situations.
- Document service requests, resolutions, and maintain accurate records of equipment and software inventory.
- Conduct limited training for users and operators and assist with departmental development activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates, training new staff, and coaching analysts.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure positive customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
