CMM Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our team in West Chester, PA. The ideal candidate will be an expert in programming with PC-DMIS and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our coordinate measuring machine (CMM) operations.

Responsibilities

  • Program and operate CMM machines using PC-DMIS software.
  • Perform detailed inspections and measurements of machined parts.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CMM programs to ensure product quality and compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CMM programs and equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and refine measurement techniques.
  • Ensure all measurement data is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and mentor junior CMM programmers and operators.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CMM Programmer with expertise in PC-DMIS.
  • Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of additional CMM programming software.
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field.

    • Compensation : $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
