We are looking for an experienced Lead Information Security Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring robust security governance and compliance in a dynamic services environment. This position offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that strengthen security policies, controls, and regulatory adherence while leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and controls to safeguard organizational assets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements and industry standards using the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide strategic input for technology solutions that enhance security governance and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality security solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead mid-to-large sized projects, offering thought leadership and technical expertise.
• Solve complex security challenges while guiding and mentoring less experienced team members.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement best practices to mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies to continuously improve security measures.
• Partner with vendors to optimize security frameworks and ensure effective implementation.
• Drive the adoption of industry-leading practices in information assurance and risk management.
• 5-8 years of experience in information security governance, risk, and compliance.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in a financial services setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree or advanced certification in Information Assurance or Financial Risk is preferred.
• One relevant certification required, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering results.
