Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and design-driven Architect to lead and contribute to a variety of commercial projects, with a strong emphasis on education, cultural, and institutional environments. This role requires advanced proficiency in Revit, a deep understanding of project delivery, and a passion for creating spaces that inspire and serve communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and documentation efforts across multiple project types including K-12, higher education, museums, civic buildings, and commercial developments.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop design solutions that meet programmatic, budgetary, and aesthetic goals.
- Produce and oversee construction documents using Revit, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.
- Participate in all phases of design, from concept through construction administration.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
- Support project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
Essential Skills
Advanced proficiency in Revit.Experience in construction documentation and architectural design.Strong project coordination and communication skills.Commercial experience required, with a focus on educational, cultural, and institutional projects.Experience in construction administration and project management.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Professional degree in architecture and active licensure or on path to licensure.Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural practice, with a portfolio that includes education, cultural, and institutional projects.Experience with other tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Strong design sensibility and ability to translate concepts into buildable solutions.Familiarity with building codes, ADA, and sustainability standards.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08 / hr.
