What Youll Do

As an Operator youll play a hands-on role in preparing inspecting and running parts through production machines. Youll work from written instructions and collaborate with team leads to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate 14 production machines with moderate supervision
• Load inspect and prepare ceramic and other parts
• Record metrics (e.g. weight length ID / OD density) using basic computer tools
• Monitor machine performance and perform minor maintenance
• Maintain accurate production records and pass-down information
• Support quality assurance and safety standards
• Assist with the 5S program and maintain a clean organized work area
• Use handheld measuring instruments and support less experienced operators
• Transport parts safely and cross-train in advanced measurement tools
• Comply with ISO ITAR and other site-specific regulations
• Produce precision parts within work order timelines
• Use G / M codes at the controller to make adjustments
