Position Summary
The Marketing & Community Relations Manager will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating referrals, and expanding community partnerships for Angelic Home Care Agency. This individual will manage all aspects of outreach, marketing campaigns, CRM coordination, and public engagement with the goal of driving business growth and fostering lasting relationships with referral partners and prospective clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and community engagement plansMake outbound calls to potential clients, social workers, case managers, and community partners to generate referrals and build relationshipsSchedule and conduct visits to hospitals, clinics, assisted living communities, senior centers, and 55+ communities to promote agency servicesAttend networking events, conferences, and health fairs to represent the agency and build visibilityManage and update CRM system with referral partner information, follow-up tasks, and lead activityBuild and maintain drip email campaigns and automated workflows for lead nurturing and relationship development.Post regular content across social media platforms to promote the agency and engage audiencesCollaborate with internal team to design flyers, brochures, and digital marketing materialsTrack marketing and outreach activities and report progress and results to agency leadershipMaintain relationships with key referral partners through regular check-ins and value-based outreachMonitor and respond to inquiries received through digital platforms, phone calls, or community visitsCoordinate and participate in company-sponsored events or speaking engagementsStay informed on local healthcare and senior care landscape to identify new referral opportunitiesAdditional related duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, community outreach, or marketing—especially in healthcare, senior services, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships with clients and referral sourcesFamiliarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing toolsBackground in home care, healthcare, or working with seniors is highly preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationMust be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekendsMust pass pre-employment screeningsPreferred Qualifications
Experience working with hospitals, social workers, or senior care referral sourcesGraphic design or content creation experience using Canva or similar platformsFamiliarity with home care, senior care, or healthcare services industryBilingual (Spanish / English) preferred but not requiredSkills for Success

This position operates both in a professional office setting and offsite in the community. It involves regular attendance at local events, client meetings, and community partner visits. Standard office equipment and CRM / marketing software will be used routinely.
