To oversee the full estimating processfrom scheduling and reviewing estimates to maintaining strong client communication and tracking project outcomes. This role partners closely with estimators, project management, and leadership to ensure accuracy, performance alignment, and clear reporting. It also supports marketing initiatives through contributions to promotional materials and website updates.

Required :

• This position requires excellent drawing review skills
• Working well with clients
• Managing a small team of estimators
• Working closely with the company owner
• Working with the marketing team
• 1-3 years' experience related to a Construction Estimating role
