To contact patient or responsible party to obtain missing information or incomplete demographic information or insurance information. To verify insurance through electronic process. To contact insurance company to obtain eligibility and verification of all covered and non-covered services for scheduled appointments. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of experience required.
