We're forming a dedicated welding team that will work specifically on frame fabrication and are looking for welders with at least 1 year of MIG experience who are ready to grow, learn, and take on a key role in our production team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a structured, supportive environment where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience and work toward advanced welding certifications (3G / 4G).

Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM Monday - Friday

Pay : $18.00 - $23.00 to start

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform MIG welding on non-structural components including stairs, landings, and related parts for E-Houses.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and welding symbols accurately.
  • Use tape measures and other tools to lay out and verify dimensions.
  • Fit, tack, and weld metal parts to specification and tolerances.
  • Operate welding equipment and hand / power tools safely and effectively.
  • Participate in training programs aimed at achieving 3G / 4G structural welding certifications.
  • Assist in frame fabrication as skills progress.
  • Working hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

    Skills :

  • Experience in industrial or modular fabrication.
  • Familiarity with layout and fitting techniques.
  • Background in team-based production environments.
  • Education : Trade

    Experience : 0-1 years

    Qualifications :

  • 1+ year of MIG welding experience in a fabrication or production environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
  • Skilled with basic measuring tools (tape measure, square, etc.).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in your role.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.
