We're forming a dedicated welding team that will work specifically on frame fabrication and are looking for welders with at least 1 year of MIG experience who are ready to grow, learn, and take on a key role in our production team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a structured, supportive environment where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience and work toward advanced welding certifications (3G / 4G).

Hours :

Days : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM Monday - Friday

Swings : 4 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM Monday - Thursday (+$3.00 shift differential included)

Pay : $18.00 - $23.00 to start

key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities : - Perform MIG welding on non-structural components including stairs, landings, and related parts for E-Houses.- Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and welding symbols accurately.- Use tape measures and other tools to lay out and verify dimensions.- Fit, tack, and weld metal parts to specification and tolerances.- Operate welding equipment and hand / power tools safely and effectively.- Participate in training programs aimed at achieving 3G / 4G structural welding certifications.- Assist in frame fabrication as skills progress.
