Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a b2b client looking for a skilled Content Manager to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with our dental industry audience. As part of a collaborative and innovative team, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s voice and ensuring content is impactful across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee a content calendar that supports campaign timelines and business priorities.
  • Perform regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancing the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
  • Create targeted content tailored to dental personas and buyer stages, ensuring alignment with channel-specific requirements.
  • Maintain brand consistency by refining tone, voice, and positioning across all marketing assets.
  • Utilize generative AI tools to ideate, draft, and repurpose content while preserving authenticity.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure content visually aligns with messaging objectives.
  • Optimize all published content for discoverability and performance, using industry best practices.
  • Manage and enhance the internal content library to ensure teams have easy access to up-to-date resources.
  • Incorporate feedback from sales and product teams to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing, and storytelling across diverse content formats.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies, particularly in B2B or healthcare marketing settings.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across sales, creative, operations, and demand generation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle deadlines and multi-campaign tasks.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and engaging audiences.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in leveraging content management tools and generative AI for content creation and optimization.
