If you’re seeking a night shift role rich in variety, challenge, and professional growth, our Internal Float Pool provides the opportunity to rotate among different units, including ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU support. Each shift presents new experiences that enhance your clinical skills.
Your Responsibilities :
Provide care across Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.Adapt swiftly to varied unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.What We Look For :
At least 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Availability to work the required shifts, including Fridays, Mondays, and one weekend per schedule.Training & Skills :
Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound.Cross-training to become a Charge Nurse, enhancing leadership capabilities.Your Benefits :

Licenses & Certifications :
Valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Wisconsin.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program is required.
Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
