SalesForce Tech Lead / Sr Developer

Job Title : SalesForce Tech Lead / Sr DeveloperRelevant Experience (in Yrs)10+ Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong grip on Salesforce Platform ( Configuration and Customization) and should be hands-on and able to drive technical design discussion / solution / delivery.
• Very strong in at least one of Sales / Service Cloud ( Must have worked in 3-4 projects in one of those areas )
• Good to have knowledge in any other Salesforce products ( Financial Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ etc)
• Experience Required
• Overall 10 Years+
• Minimum 8+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform Minimum 5 + years experience leading Enterprise implementation Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and own all technical aspects of implementations and / or customizations including data migrations, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development
• Manage development teams using Lightning components, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, Omni Studio, Omni Script and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
• Present architecture options and recommendations including configuration vs. customization
• Define and implement governing processes based on Salesforce best practices
• Lead technical design sessions with the development teams and detailed design specifications for ensuring that architecture standards are followed.
• Collaborate with development teams to perform code reviews to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architecture / design
• Provide technical guidance to technical resources onshore and offshore Change & Release Management leveraging Agile methodologies
