Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of a variety of events. As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of events, from conception to completion, ensuring that each event aligns with our organizational goals and meets the needs of our clients and participants.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage events from conception to completion.
Communicate with clients to understand goals and requirements.
Handle event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
Coordinate event staff, catering, equipment, and venue arrangements.Oversee on-site event execution to ensure smooth operation
Monitor and evaluate event success, providing post-event reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a portfolio of successful events.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the event schedule.
