EWC Growth, a leading Franchisee of European Wax Center, is seeking an experienced Center Sales Director with an entrepreneurial spirit. The Center Sales Director is responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive revenue, exceed sales targets, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role focuses on sales execution, associate development, and operational excellence while ensuring EWCG Core Values are consistently upheld. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader who thrives in a retail environment, fosters team accountability, and implements strategies to maximize business growth.

Skills / Abilities :

• Proven ability to drive sales and consistently exceed revenue targets
• Strong business acumen with experience in performance-based sales management
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a results-driven team
• Ability to analyze sales trends, KPIs, and financial performance to optimize revenue
• Proficiency in local marketing initiatives to increase guest traffic and brand awareness
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging in all business transactions
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Passion for guest service, coaching, and team building
• Ability to navigate and resolve challenging guest interactions with professionalism and diplomacy
