ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Kortney Schultz - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are currently seeking a dynamic, friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
