Job Responsibilities :
- Provide responsive, real-time support to clients through live chat channels.
- Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding our services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of CWA Group’s offerings to effectively assist clients.
- Document and track client interactions to ensure issues are resolved and client satisfaction is achieved.
- Communicate with team members to address and escalate client issues as necessary.
- Stay updated on new product features, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to team performance by assisting with the organization of FAQs and best response practices.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications or related field is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality customer service.Desired Experience :
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in live chat environments.Familiarity with architecture and design concepts is an advantage but not mandatory.Experience working in a team-oriented environment.Salary & Benefits :
