Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets
Engage with key customers to understand their needs and develop strategic opportunities
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust resources to meet goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within TIC or technical services
Proven success in managing sales teams and driving growth in a regulated industry
Strong customer engagement skills with experience in building senior-level relationships
Proficiency with CRM and sales performance tools, such as Salesforce
