The Employee Relations Leader is responsible for partnering with our Restaurants and Leaders to provide support regarding Crew concerns (e.g., allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour violations). This role focuses on conducting fair, unbiased, and consistent end-to-end investigations and providing support for performance management.

Your Impact and Responsibilities :

• Promptly and objectively investigate Crew issues in collaboration with business partners and in alignment with the Company's policies, procedures, and standards, including :
• Manage the end-to-end investigation process and assigned casework, following all documentation, reporting, and confidentiality standards
• Analyze and synthesize data to bring investigations to resolution, escalating as necessary
• Support crisis situations in partnership with appropriate internal teams
• Analyze aggregate data to identify systemic issue trends and propose recommendations for review
• Ensure legal compliance and mediate claims from regulatory and / or administrative agencies
• Facilitate performance management of Crew (e.g., coaching, feedback, and redirectives)
