Production Welder  - $24 / Hr

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Welder  for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $24 / hr! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities :

  • Weld and assemble parts and components according to specifications
  • Read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
  • Meet minimum and maximum production output requirements.
  • Operate welding equipment, grinders, jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools.
  • Set machines for various materials and thicknesses.
  • Perform basic lubrication and maintenance of machines.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with work orders.
  • Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Transition efficiently between benches 2 and 4.
  • Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Location : Fairdale, KY

Schedule / Shift Details :   Monday-Friday 7AM-3 : 30PM

  • Overtime as needed.

    • Qualifications :

  • Welding certification is required .
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
