Senior Compliance Analyst

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) provides highway safety and security through excellence in service, education, and enforcement. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Implement the licensing and enforcement provisions of Florida Statutes, regulations, and policies of the Division of Motorist Services for field operations within the region.
• Monitor the opening, investigation, resolution, and closing of consumer complaints, maintaining appropriate liaison with headquarters and other pertinent jurisdictions.
• Review all Administrative Action documents for complete and correct information prior to the Regional Administrator receiving for approval.
• Communicate information to the public via department statutory agents regarding motor vehicle and mobile home taxing, titling, and registration services provided by the Division of Motorist Services.
• Serve as the on-site training coordinator for their respective region field office providing hands on training to office staff.
