AI Change Manager

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to join our AI Adoption & Engagement team on a contract basis. This role focuses on producing engaging on-brand content and managing communications to drive awareness and adoption of AI tools across the organization.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role will produce user facing training and engagement materials such as trainings short form videos and more. This contract will also play a key role in supporting engagement through Slack in-person events and email communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Creation & Design
• Develop visually compelling materials such as one-pagers e-learning modules short-form videos and website content.
• Design and edit graphics and videos aligned with established branding guidelines.
• Build and update web pages to ensure consistency and usability.
• Engagement & Communication
• Draft clear concise and engaging communications for email and Slack channels.
• Support engagement campaigns to promote AI adoption initiatives.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outputs quickly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in graphic and video editing.
• Experience in website design and content management.
• Ability to work within branding guidelines and deliver polished professional materials.
• Excellent written communication skills for internal messaging.

Tools & Technologies

• Required : Adobe Creative Suite Figma.
• Nice to Have : Articulate Rise (for e-learning development).
