Position Title : Remote Claims Data Entry.

Location : Remote

Pay Rate : $17 / hr to $18.00 / hr on W2

Anticipated Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025

Job Description : Job Summary :

The Claims Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and verifying insurance claim information into company databases and systems. This role ensures the timely and precise processing of claims while maintaining compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter and update claim information, customer details, and related data into internal systems.
• Review source documents and verify claim forms for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up with relevant departments or external parties to resolve discrepancies.
• Process claims according to established policies, procedures, and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and HIPAA (if applicable) standards.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy of entered information.
• Generate and review reports related to claims processing and data entry performance.
• Collaborate with claims examiners, adjusters, and customer service teams as needed.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
