Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in El Cerrito, CA. and even our Aquatic Physical Therapy Program. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy programs for patients. Daily responsibilities include evaluating physical conditions, guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises, providing education on physical health management, and monitoring progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaboration with other healthcare colleagues to optimize patient care is also integral to this role.

Compensation : Based on experience $53 / hour and up ($110 K / year and up), start and hourly and will ramp up to FT after 2-4 week training / initiation period. Negotiable especially if you are willing do do aquatic PT.

Bonuses and raises are commensurate with performance and contributions to clinic reputation and growth, can be up to $1000 a month but you have to get documentation done within 24-48 hours of treatment time and maintain a full schedule (14-15 clients a day)…co-signing of LPTAs are bundled in this bonus (optional)

Note : Our business model bases wages / salary on performance and contribution. A new grad PT that has been here even one year can break the 115 K mark, and staff who have been here 2 -4 years can break the 135 K mark. 150 K plus or more are reserved for partner or director material, or senior staff who have been around more than 7 years.
