Customer support specialist - customer service

As the Customer Success Specialist (customer service specialist)-the go-to expert-your job is to make sure every single user, whether they're a renter, a landlord, or a broker, has an awesome, efficient journey from start to finish. You'll be the ultimate problem-solver, educator, and support system, making sure people understand our client's products and get the guidance they need.
