Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Psychiatric Technician to join our team at Fort Bliss in El Paso Texas . This role offers meaningful work in a supportive environment while serving our active-duty military community and their families.

Position Highlights

Education / Certification Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Psychiatric Technician Program OR

Completion of equivalent education / experience meeting the American Association of Psychiatric Technicians standards OR

Completion of behavioral science specialist / technician training in the U.S. Armed Forces with proof of psychiatric technician coursework

BLS Certification (AHA) required

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Technician post-graduation

Licensure

Current full active and unrestricted certification to practice as a Behavioral Health Technician or Psychiatric Technician in any U.S. state or territory (DC Guam Puerto Rico USVI)
