Be a part of a well-established organization in the lumber and building materials industry, recognized for delivering high-quality structural framing packages for residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented Lumber Estimator with proven expertise in material take-offs, cost analysis, and a strong understanding of wood construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices.

Job Type : Full Time, On-site

Responsibilities for the Estimator :

• Perform accurate material take-offs for framing lumber, sheathing, and related components from architectural and structural drawings.
• Collaborate with procurement to develop cost analyses and competitive bid packages.
• Partner with design, sales, and field operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely project delivery.
• Utilize estimating software such as PlanSwift, Trade Tek, or similar platforms.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, bids, and supporting documentation.
