Occupational Therapist- Per Diem - Home Care

Brightstar Care of St. Paul is growing again! We are currently looking for a compassionate, caring and self-starter Occupational Therapist to provide quality care for patients in our community. We currently have an opening for a per diem Home Care Occupational Therapist to build the foundation of our newly offered service in Ramsey, Hennepin, and Dakota Counties. Come grow with us!

Qualifications :

• A graduate of an OT Program recognized by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) and has successfully completed the entry-level certification examination for occupational therapists created and administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).
• An active license to practice Occupational Therapy in MN
• A minimum of three(3) years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist, home care experience a plus
• Must have criminal background check
• Must have current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification and / or a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
• Must have active driver's license and clear driving record
• Computer skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment

Responsibilities :

Working Environment :

Works indoors in Agency office, patient homes and travels to / from patient homes.
