Overview
The PEO Benefits Systems Analyst III participates in all activities related to benefits system configurations, plan setup, maintenance, and data integrity. This position plays a major role in the output of the organization by ensuring all aspects of the Benefits System are maintained for maximum effectiveness and continuity throughout the Benefits Operational Teams. Acts as the System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for advanced features and functions for specific applications. Designs, tests and recommends potential system configurations and enhancement recommendations. Responsibilities Administers and configures applications to optimize functionality. Acts as Subject Matter Expert in the use of the application and partners with carries and internal business partners to resolve issues or learn about new functionality. Designs, develops and documents standards for system configuration and use. Provide analytical support to functional users and peers to improve qualitative and quantitative results and ensure standardization. Provide support and training for business partners and peers to become self-sufficient. Prepares documentation and standard operating procedures. Monitors and ensures data integrity. Proposes solutions for ongoing, continuous improvement. Plays a lead role in the identification and definition of requirements of business needs for complex technology solutions to support business initiatives. Act as liaison between external partners and functional teams to ensure clear understanding and documentation of the requirements. Identifies requirements, tests, and proposes options, configure and implement solutions. Contributes to design options. Provides support for carrier file feeds. Assists with plan review, file feed and EDI setup and processing; carrier error reports; documentation collection, review, and attachment for use in appropriate systems. Develops standard operating procedures and training to internal resources. Analyzes system updates and supports functional users in test plan development, testing, resolution of issues and timing to ensure minimal impact on business processes. Coordinates activities between IT, functional users, and peers. Qualifications Associate's Degree - Preferred Diploma - Required 5 years of experience in HRIS and Benefits system administration, EDI file management. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $56, - $89, This range includes base pay but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
