Expert Retail Environment Designer

Our client is seeking an Expert Retail Environment Designer to help shape the future of physical retail experiences through innovative, immersive store design. This individual will contribute to the evolution of consumer-driven retail environments that reflect brand storytelling, design excellence, and scalable implementation. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, creative development, and technical expertise to deliver world-class design solutions.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Expert Retail Environment Designer Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural and 3D retail design concepts aligned with global creative direction and brand objectives.
• Lead the design process for new and evolving retail environments, including material, color, spatial, and experiential considerations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, brand, digital, and marketing teams, as well as external vendors and partners, to ensure feasibility and consistency.
• Create clear and compelling design presentations, 3D models, and technical drawings to communicate design intent at all stages of the project.
• Support and contribute to the vision set by senior design leadership, ensuring all solutions align with business and consumer engagement goals.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in retail experience, environmental design, and consumer behavior to influence design direction.
• Participate in the creation of scalable guidelines and standards to support global implementation of design systems.
• Drive design quality while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate on-site with internal stakeholders and travel to retail locations as needed.

Compensation : $56.67 / hr. (DOE)
