Job Overview

The Engraving Operator will operate lasers to produce high-quality engravings on various products. Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience, are comfortable translating digital designs into precise engravings, and show familiarity with LightBurn software.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate galvo- and gantry-based fiber, CO2, and UV lasers to engrave text, logos, and custom artwork
• Prepare order files and set designs in engraving software for production
• Identify correct materials and match them to personalized orders
• Inspect engraved items to ensure visual precision and consistency
• Troubleshoot basic laser or software issues during operations
• Assist with packaging finished products as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
